We believe everyone has a part to play in what God is doing at Chazown. Serving is one of the
best ways to grow in your faith, build community, and make a difference in the lives of others.
We are a FRESH church, and part of that culture means we are ridiculously generous with our
time and talents. Our teams are made up of servants who joyfully sacrifice to help others
encounter Jesus. Whether you love working with people, behind the scenes, or on stage, there is
a place for you here.

Volunteer Leaders

Z KIDS

Help present God’s vision to the next generation so kids believe, love, and live Jesus. Z KIDS
volunteers create safe, fun, and faith-filled environments for children ages 1 through 6th grade
through teaching, leading small groups, check-in, and support roles. If you have a heart for kids
and want to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus, this is a great place to serve.

Hidden Wealth Youth

Invest in middle and high school students as they discover that knowing Jesus is the greatest
treasure they can have. Youth volunteers help lead gatherings, facilitate small groups, build
relationships, and create a welcoming environment for students in 6th–12th grade. This team is
passionate about helping students live for Jesus now.

Guest Experience

Be part of the team that helps every person feel seen, welcomed, and at home from the moment
they arrive. The Guest Experience Team includes greeters, ushers, hospitality, parking, and
security. This team helps create a safe, friendly, and excellent environment where people can
encounter Jesus and feel connected from the start.

Tech Team

Help create a distraction-free environment where people can clearly hear and engage with the
message of Jesus. The Tech Team runs audio, ProPresenter, and video during services. Whether
you have experience or are willing to learn, this team plays a vital role in making each service
happen smoothly behind the scenes.

Worship

Use your musical gifts to help lead our church in worship each week. The Worship Team
includes singers and musicians who are passionate about creating Christ-centered worship
environments that help people encounter God and respond to Him. Team members serve with
excellence, humility, and a heart for the presence of God.

Prayer Team

Stand in the gap for others through prayer. The Prayer Team prays during services, with
individuals at response times, and throughout the week for our church and community. If you
have a heart to encourage and pray with others, this is a meaningful way to serve and care for
people spiritually.
